"Never received order"
I ordered from them in May of 2019. Never received the order, never got a refund but I do have a $7.00 credit that I can use on my next order. No Thank you....

Missing order and lack of response
I ordered jewelry from Fresh Christian on 1-13-21 and got a receipt for the credit card charge. Ten days later I received an email saying that the response to their sale was bigger than expected and that shipping was delayed.
Since then I have made 5 different attempts to contact them via email and the support page on the website asking where my order is, with no response at all.
Not even acknowledgement of receipt. I tried calling the 844 number on the receipt and got a message that that number is no longer available.

Never received order
I ordered from them in May of 2019. Never received the order, never got a refund but I do have a $7.00 credit that I can use on my next order.

I ordered January 8, 2020 at 6:09 pm, and here it is March 28, I have been sending them messages about when I would get my order and then I sent messages telling them if they could not send merchandise then refund my money, have not received any response yet.

Order still not received
I placed an order on November 18, 2019, and have yet to receive it! My calls and emails gave gone unanswered and all i keep getting from your company is discounts for future purchase or an apology email telling me my order is still delayed and its shipping next.

Nondelivery of product
I ordered the first of December, 2019, and of June 6th,2020 have not received my order. Even though I have contact the company and they promised that my order would be along shortly.
I still get emails asking me to order from them. I keep telling them I would not order until they fulfilled my last order. I keep asking them for them to either return my monies or ship my order and as of today they have done neither.
I am not a very happy customer. Save your monies and your time do not order from this company.

Non delivery
I ordered for Christmas.
I have 2 blood girls 1 granddaughter then I have my girls that are not blood that grew up with my girls. They all are Christians.
I ordered for all of them and never got them.
Not only am I out the money now I have a bunch of girls who didn't get presents that should of.

I do feel your pain. I've been trying to contact the company for a year and a half, still no response.
I guess they needed more money because out of the blue I received an email highlighting all the new stuff they had.
Really, I couldn't believe it. Well, I tried to reply to the email to tell them what a *** company they are, and send me my stuff or money and of course the email address wouldn't go through.

My order from christmas
They didn't answer.
I made a order for Christmas of 2019. Needless to say I still don't have my order or my money.
I got a email telling how sorry they are for the delay.
Then I got 3 or 4 emails with a 7 dollar credit if I order again.

Dont order as you dont get the product from them.
I've ordered twice from them, in the December 12th, 2019, and January 3rd, 2020, and I have yet to get my stuff, but they posted the money and got the money. FRAUDS

Don't order from them
Still have not been able to get a hold of anyone there have tried two numbers and sent them messages. NOTHING!!
I placed an order last year 2019 was told it would go out in a few days. Have not received it sent e-mails no response and also tried two numbers neither answered.
How does a supposedly christian company work like this?? Big ripoff!!

DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM
I've continued to try and reach this company on numerous occasions, via phone and email. Still no reply.
The original order was placed and PAID for on 6/10.
Yes I have the receipt email.Since I've been trying to reach these folks they stopped sending me emails. I've been very pleasant, just want the product I've paid for.
I ordered two items in November 8th, of course, my credit card was charged immediately for the $35.00 but to date January 2, 2020 no product has been received.
I received one email stating one of the products was on backorder. What I don't understand is why wasn't the other item sent.
I've tried calling, no answer. Emails, no answer.
They are taking advantage of Christians which I find appalling.
